The Executive Committee will review the application.  If there are vacant positions approval may occur between Annual General Meetings.

The Board may approve a slate of candidates to fill gaps in skill sets, demographics, and/or other considerations.

Successful nominees will be required to attend a 2-3-hour orientation session for new directors.
