Cool Bridges over the Seine River Bike Tour

This 2 1/2 hour tour will take us from the mouth of the Seine River to the Niakwa Trail. Along the way, we'll learn about the many eco-systems we pass through (riverbottom, wetland, oak forest, aspen forest, and grassland), some of the history associated with the river, and of course, some of the work that Save Our Seine is doing to preserve this treasured urban forest, the largest remaining riverbank forest in the city.

As an added bonue, our route will take us across four of the 2023 Cool Streets Winnipeg Bridges, freshly painted and ready for us to enjoy this wonderful art that enhances our daily commute!

There is no fee for this ride, but registration is required, and donations are accepted and appreciated.
