Pedal Powered Ghost Tour – Spirits of Seven Oaks

Bike Winnipeg is thrilled to be teaming up with Matthew Komus once again to present our much loved Pedal Powered Ghost Tour of Seven Oaks on October 23rd.  Based on the popular Winnipeg Ghost Walk Tours, this two-wheeled tour that promises to put more than just a little bit of fright into your night.

Learn about paranormal activity inside Seven Oaks House Museum and embark on a tour of the Seven Oaks neighbourhood led by Matthew Komus, author of Haunted Winnipeg, who will share eerie stories along the way.

Participants will hear of a historic battle that continues to be fought to this day, visit the oldest haunted house in Winnipeg and even learn of the community’s connection to the top secret Manhattan Project.

  • Start Location: Kildonan Presbyterian Cemetery – John Black Entrance (2303 John Black Ave)
    • Ends at St. John;s Cemetery (135 Anderson Ave)

Please make sure that you check to make sure that your bike is in good working order prior to the ride, including having working lights both for the ride, and to get you to and from the ride safely. 

Note that the ride will proceed in cold weather as well as in light rain or snow, so please make sure that you dress for the weather. In the event of hard rain or snow, we reserve the right to cancel the ride. Similarly, rides may be cancelled if the air quality index is forecast to be 7 or above, with the decision being made two hours prior to ride time.
