Biking to the Exchange is easier than you think! Join Bike Winnipeg and the Exchange District BIZ for a group ride on the first Friday of every month. We’ll pedal together to Winnipeg’s lively monthly arts and cultural event, First Fridays in the Exchange. Discover the safest and most convenient routes from different neighborhoods across the city. This ride will boost your confidence and help you feel at ease biking around the city!

On Friday, May 3rd, we’ll be riding into the Exchange District from St. James, starting at the north foot of the Assiniboine Park Foot Bridge and ending at Old Market Square in the Exchange District. We’ll meet up at 6:30pm and start out at 6:40 pm, arriving at Old Market Square around 8 pm (this is a slow ride with stops to pick people up, so we’re taking about double the normal ride time to reach the Exchange District). Feel free to join up with us along the way, but please register using the link below.

• 7:01 pm – Omand’s Creek Park/Empress Bikeway
• 7:24 pm – Sherbrook/Maryland bikeway (The Nook)
• 7:45 pm – Bonnycastle Park
• 7:57 pm – Old Market Square
