BTW they are putting crossing guards at the entrance/exit nearest Regent, and that this makes Stapleton a good access route from the north, especially if you couple that with east west travel along McCalman/Hebert and or Reenders.
Stapleton has a 4 way crossing at Talbot, and a signalized crossing of Regent, and can provide access into the new Princess Auto parking lot on the west side of Panet. You can get to Hebert via the northeast pioneers greenway and via the Disreali walk bike bridge.
There is also the Grey tunnel, buy it requires a bit of travel on Mission, which can be very busy.
