Ride your bike to the celebrations and leave the parking hassles behind!
Bike Winnipeg is running a free Bike Valet service during all 9 days and evenings of the Grand Opening celebrations, so you can ride right to the concert (and all of the other celebration events) this Saturday (and all of the other celebration events) and enjoy a night of incredible local talent featuring Crash Test Dummies, The Pumps & Orphan, and Romi Mayes. See the full list of events here.
Tickets are only $10 plus fees, with all proceeds supporting the Princess Auto Foundation. Grab a drink from Trans Canada Brewing Company, grab a bite from local food trucks, and celebrate community, music, and hometown pride, all while biking easy thanks to Bike Winnipeg.

BTW they are putting crossing guards at the entrance/exit nearest Regent, and that makes Keenleyside a good access route from the north, especially if you couple that with east west travel along McCalman/Herbert and or Reenders. Just turn off of Keenleyside onto Thomas, head towards the new Princess Auto location, and follow the entrance/exit to Panet Rd and the old location, where all the grand opening celebrations are taking place.
Keenleyside has a 4 way crossing at Talbot, and a signalized crossing of Regent, and connects to Thomas Ave which in turn provides access into the new Princess Auto parking lot on the west side of Panet. You can get to Hebert via the northeast pioneers greenway and via the Disreali walk bike bridge.
There is also the Grey tunnel, but it requires a bit of travel on Mission, which can be very busy.
