As announced last week, we’re excited to share that Bike Winnipeg is close to obtaining charitable status from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). This represents a significant milestone that will help us expand our impact, grow our programming, and strengthen our long-term sustainability. As part of this process, the final required step is to formally align our governing documents with our charitable purpose. This requires approval from our membership, so we will hold a Special General Meeting:
