Ontario’s Coroner has released a report that reviews all accidental cycling deaths in that province between 2006 and 2010. Entitled Cycling Death Review: Road Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility (PDF), 14 recommendations are listed in the “Consolidated List of Recommendations” (starting on page 28 of the print/PDF report).
